Situated in picturesque countryside within a 54 acre farm this beautiful converted barn sits in the hamlet of Pancrasweek near Holsworthy.

A trip to the sandy beaches of Bude or Widemouth Bay are a must for sun-worshipers and water-sport enthusiasts.

Situated between the beautiful National Parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor, the market town of Holsworthy is approximately five miles away for amenities and catering for your supermarket needs, however if cooking is not on your wish list, there are plenty of country pub/restaurants and cute cafes in the area in which to indulge.

The ancient market town of Holsworthy lies nestled amid the rolling green hills of Tarka Country.
