Keep an eye out for rabbits and hares, forage for blackberries in season, or simply settle in with a book and enjoy the stillness of the countryside. Inside, the house blends period charm with thoughtful contemporary touches.
Original features such as stone floors, thick walls, sash windows and exposed beams are beautifully preserved. The kitchen is fitted with classic shaker-style cabinetry, a handsome range cooker, and all the essentials for preparing hearty meals.
Adjoining this is a light-filled open-plan living and dining area.
